Perfectly housed in an antique wooden frame with a hanging loop on top

Found in PA, and sure feels like a portrait of a specific house to me. Paper: 4 1 8" x 3 1 4". drawing area: 2 3 4" x 2". Uneven size and rough bottom edge as evident; paper not fragile.
