Based on the form I might guess earlier than later 19th c. With a carved horn wheel. 5 1 8 l. 5 8 wide and deep handle. 1 1 2 wheel. Very good condition, with a couple of tiny holes in the horn along the perimeter of the wheel, which does not impact smooth rolling. The wood is gorgeous.
