70’s Couture Red Empire Waist Flare Sleeve Dress vintage blue coat Blue red & white blouseThis gorgeous red dress was handmade in the late 1970's early 1980's for a runway show by a local Los Angeles, Californian designer. It features dramatic and romantic flaring bell sleeve and a flattering empire waistline that can be adjusted by a drawstring (drawstring is hand made in same red fabric as dress). It has a babydoll type silhouette with a long length that would be floor length on a shorter person or mid calf length on a taller person. It
