SOLD Pair of Super Sculptural Old Industrial Glass Washers (for Beakers?) human disease Very good used and agedWhen I found these the other day I had no idea what they were, I just thought they were really excellent looking, and a bit like make do miniature Christmas trees! I have since learned that they would have been used for washing glass, with the wire springs (which are held very taught) providing and abrasive surface, and with the threaded ends, looking like lightbulb sockets, screwing into some sort of industrial machine. Their conical shapes suggests
